1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Pulse Vibe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pulse Vibe is a remote monitoring dashboard for Claude Code sessions. The Service allows users to monitor, receive notifications from, and interact with their Claude Code sessions from remote devices such as tablets and phones.
The Service is currently in pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in being notified when the Service becomes available.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
4. User Responsibilities
When using Pulse Vibe, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when signing up
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Not use the Service to transmit harmful code or malware
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pulse Vibe and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
6. Third-Party Services
Pulse Vibe integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Claude Code (by Anthropic). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSE VIBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse Vibe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
